put the panels together

Today I made the last panels and after that I filled the larger spaces with some foam strips.
The panels are glued together with microballoon putty, the edges did get also some putty to stick the tacky tape later on. The foam strips still have to be made smooth and get some putty to. Fetske was still not ok but she did alter the website for a race (rondje IJsselmeer) we organise for our multihull club.
