I took the afternoon free and started with cutting some foam pieces for the back and glue them on the back with PU construction glue. When that was drying I sanded the complete deck. I then cut some carbon pieces to tape them over the foam and the front seam of the deck and the top of the water ballast top. When that was laminated I discovered that one side foam panel was not completely glued, so I drilled some holes in the foam and squeezed some epoxy putty under the foam and put some clamps on it.
