I started with unpacking and then clean the edges with the circle saw. I first glued the bottom in place and than the end panel on the bunk. I did this with fast epoxy. In the afternoon cut all the necessary pieces carbon and peel ply. The front panel was also cut, the corner of this panel the the other will be on a 45 degree angle with a smaller panel. After taping the bottom I did the end panel. As last I glued the front panel in place. This one can be taped tomorrow with the corner panel.
